Therefore, Xfinity does not work on demand. It shows error 14 and the computer modem is not working. US / DS shines and is not permanent. There is only light and Wi-Fi, we called the service and exchanged our modem for a new and better one and that's it, do you have any suggestions?
You need to make a service call. There seems to be a problem with the cable line and it should be checked.
Only Ethernet light blinks and Tele1 only blinks when the device is in use. I would say turn off the modem and remove the battery, if any. And wait a minute, replace the battery and reconnect the modem. I have a Comcast / Xfant Aris modem. And only once it starts again. Then there is the issue of service to Xfinity (company). And after a few days it came back to normal. So basically, when it works, the problem comes up all of a sudden. So this is a business problem and you just have to wait for their problem to be solved. This has happened to me 6 times since our service 2 years ago.
This means that the path is not connected / synchronized. So, offline, customer service needs to know that this is probably just a modem because 2 devices have failed.
