Nutrition Panel

According to the Food Standards Code, all packaged foods must have a Nutrition Facts label. The only exception is small packages. The food chart shows the amount of energy (kilojoules), protein (saturated and total), sodium and carbohydrates in foods. The numbers are presented in two columns: per serving and per 100 grams or milliliters.
