When will my nodes be available on my Unemployment Benefit Relia Bank Card? 3

I have just been accepted as unemployed and, yes, I got a Relia Visa card from a US bank and activated it, but nothing came out. After receiving the card, how long will it take for the nodes to become available? Please let me know. Thanks for all the help!

In Nevada, if you go out on a Sunday afternoon, you'll be there on a Tuesday morning. If you arrive in the afternoon, it is Wednesday.
