Definition of Mailmerge:

1. Facility provided by most word processing program whereby a form-letter can be sent to many recipients, each letter personalized for each recipient. The program takes each recipients name and address (from a mailing list) and enters it in its usual place on the letter, and also prints out mailing labels.
