Kik Image Not Available

Why does Kick tell me no image is available when I try to open a particular image? 3

Occasionally when I try to open an old image in Kickstarter, a blue screen appears instead of an image indicating that the image is not available. This does not happen with everyone, but only with random images where this happens. I searched for the reasons, but the only thing I could find was that the kick image didn't load, which sometimes happens, but then it works. I'm just wondering why the blue screen appears and if there is a way to fix it.

I'm not sure what I'm asking, Kick really needs an update that allows you to exit instead of saving and resuming your old conversations and photos so you don't miss them all. I am ..
