Is Popcorn Bad For Gout
Is popcorn bad for gout? 3
I arrived with a drop of gout due to dehydration and too much steak. I try to avoid foods that prolong inflammation.
No, but it is.
Most people with gout do not care about corn. But red meat can be bad for people with gout.
In my opinion, foods that contain uric acid crystals do not need to be avoided. Asparagus, meat, and alcoholic foods, which are common foods, do not fall into this category.
