How To Move Objects Up And Down In Sims 4

Do you move objects and build walls in Sims 2? 3

I know they are cheaters. They have added one to the Sims 2 apartment, which cannot be found on any of the fraud sites. do you know?

All you have to do is select Alt and Shift or Ctrl when placing the object. Then use the top and make arrows to move it wherever you want.

I don't think there is a way, but the other is right, but I never learned because I haven't played for a long time, even though it's my favorite game. I am 12 years old and I have only been playing since I was 7 years old !!!
