If you have ptosp, just open your mother's picture and adjust it to the pendant size. Measure the pendant.

Now open a blank page and design the padlock according to the instructions. Now copy / paste your mother's picture in the pendant.

Then remove the pendant and viola, this is the right size for the pendant.

Visit a PTO store such as Walgreens, Walmart, Wright, Ritz, One RPTO, Target, CVS or any other place that has a PTO ready and tell them you have a small PTO Help create. There are power take-off scanners in many places that take ■■■■ power easily and feed it in the right size.
