How To Flip Up Septum

What is the best way to reverse septal perforation? 3

They pierced my septum with a round rod and I think it's 14mm, the piercer told me it was standard size. I explained that I needed to be able to reverse to edit, and once you did it right away, you reversed and nailed it. Although he says it takes a while to get used to it and the first few times he is very good at it. When I got home I couldn't take it. I know it's not a big deal because he did it for me so it's definitely possible, but I don't know how to do it right. (Apart from the fact that it's still a bit painful, of course) I'm going to work today and although I'm sure you won't mind being stuck with SW for the first few days, I I would really like to do that, be able to do it again. Because technically there should be no holes in them. But I can't understand it properly. I'm watching YouTube videos on how to do this, but I've seen the guy do it very fast and it seems like he's taking them up with very little effort.

Does anyone have suggestions or step-by-step instructions for doing so? : of the

Unfortunately I couldn't get it and today I went to the piercer to ask him about it. After some effort, a terrible pain and a few tears (yes, it was too bad), they finally made it. They had to take one out to get it and put it back in its nostrils. It was too swollen to normalize. I will go to the next report !!

Friends, this is my problem too!

1. Clean your hands.

2. Make a face, but pull it upwards until the upper lip is slightly outstretched.

(I know this is stupid but I can understand you)

3. Hold and slide upwards, it should slip into your nostrils.

Swipe up as needed.

If that doesn't help the video and I know it doesn't.
