Harris Teeter Sparkling Water - How To Discuss

Harris Teeter Sparkling Water

Is there any danger from plain clear sparkling water? 3

The sparkling water comes from Harris Tetter (at least that's what the label says). Ingredients are: Carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, aspartame, citrate, benzoate, malic acid, phenylalanine. It has no calories and everything else is 0. It tastes good, but I wonder if it's too good to be true.

Many people will avoid things like aspartame / phenylalanine, which can actually lead to weight loss, damage to the nervous system, and so on.

Personally, I wouldn't consider anything very healthy with aspartame and other unnatural ingredients, yes, that's great.

The fact that it is for drinking does not suggest it. I don't really see it as a threat (since all foods are acidic), but carbon dioxide and citric acid can damage your teeth.

I'm sure there are Z calories, but it's not always important. Fake preservatives and sweets are not good for you. I will try the sparkling water. There is z for everything except carbon dioxide.
