Is the unintentional thirst quenched too quickly? 3

Since I came back from my college freshman year, I feel like I eat less than I did in high school. At home, I only ate one or two meals a day because I didn't like my parents' food much. Last week I noticed that I had severe pain after eating a small amount of food or drinking a lot of water at the same time. Generally, I can eat a lot when I feel bad, but lately I can barely eat without feeling sick and heavy. Someone, why is this happening? Can my stomach really shrink or swell?

To update

I ate a lot in college (I wasn't new for 15 years) and now that I'm back, I eat less just to educate myself.

Oh, that makes sense! I am also 10 times more active than at school. I moved to my big campus and now this is the only place I run (work).

I also bought Invisalign 3 weeks ago so I had trouble taking it out to eat and then brushing my teeth and brushing before putting back the liners so I eat very little after that. Did I answer my question? Ha ha

What I'm saying now is that instead of worrying about getting straight, I skip meals or breakfast so I don't have to rush to the bathroom to brush and clean the gutters. But yes, thanks for the answer, I'm just worried I don't care, but it seems like it's okay to be less active and eat less.

Maybe you're really stressed out in college? Or maybe you didn't eat often? Some people overeat when they are stressed, most of them forget to eat when they are stressed. You may lose a few pounds because, as I said, you may be one of those people who becomes stressed and forgets to eat or sometimes eats due to lack of time.

In this case, the stomach may shrink. They feel quick because they are accustomed to your low meal schedule and you have brought this routine to me.

** Change: You learn a lot in college. You need energy, you burn more calories, you need more food. You didn't bring me this routine. I imagine you are calm now and not demanding the attention he needs.

Maybe that's it. It helps, for example.

** Modified: I'm not familiar with Invisalign, but from what I've just researched and read, this is the treatment that straightens teeth. I'm sure it has nothing to do with eating less. I have this and use a clear retainer like Invisalign, I am currently dropping out of school and eating less. When I was in school, I was free unlike other people, hahahaha. Maybe that's what I said about your active lifestyle.

Drinking too much water at the same time can make you feel full.
