Have you submitted NDS with checks yourself, does it take a few days to fix?
I doubt they have a minimal balance.

I'm still trying to buy a stock worth $ 200 and ETrade doesn't let me down because of insufficient research. I have $ 300 in my account which I deposited 2 days ago. Does anyone know what happened?
