Can You Refreeze Fish Fingers
Can You Refreeze Fish Fingers
Why is my fish finger box telling me that I can no longer freeze my fish finger after it has melted? 3
I wanted to put it back in the freezer after a long day in the freezer, but the box said no. I think I can. Because I can't? :)
updateWhy the keyword is here :)
Two reasons: safety and quality.
Bacteria can grow each time they thaw. When you freeze these bacteria, they don't freeze, they just hibernate. So if you melt one day, freeze and melt the next day, don't sing the first day, sing the next day.
Second, when the fish fingers are frozen in the factory, they are prepared in the industrial refrigerator. It's like a fridge, but much more efficient, so it freezes the fish's fingers much faster than you can with me. When you freeze something in the freezer, slow freezing can cause long, fast ice crystals to form. These crystals can cut the cellular structure of the fish, degrade the structure and possibly produce a dry effect.
In fact, you may even be able to re-freeze the fish. Leaving it in the fridge for a while is less likely to cause harmful bacteria, and since Fish Finger is not premium Vago meat, you will not notice any difference in taste or texture. The main reason companies don't freeze you is that if they lose * quality, they don't believe it's because they've got a low quality product.
Because they melted. Never freeze the broth again until you have cooked it before. Technically, you can freeze if you wish, but the taste and texture may change. Also, they cluster together. As long as they stay in the fridge for just one day, you won't get sick, they won't be the same when you use them.
You can do this if you want, but it will not taste good when you take it off again. This makes them difficult.
