Some small dogs have ankles due to their size and are not well trained. But not all small dogs have this detail. I'm far from it. They are the perfect little bundle of happiness. I find it discriminating to call all dogs that way. Because most of them don't.

Because people like to think of them as stereotypes and give them a bad name. In general, those who do so are the ones who reject stereotypes about pit bulls and other breeds as strongly as they reject bad dogs. I'd rather have a Chihuahua barking than my dog. There was no one around me and none of them worked that I have ever met, and I have never met any of them. Even if they do, I have a 4 pound dog compared to a 100 pound dog that can slap and rip my face.
I call my dog a prisoner, but that's just because he's always under my feet! LOL He has to come between my legs or run with me.
