All you need to do is call Hang Seng Line 2398 0000. You do not need to be registered with the telephone service to access this service.

After contacting a representative, they will help you remember your name. Although the agent can see your item directly on the screen, they will help you remember the name because of the privacy rules.

An example:

Your name: Peter 1997.

The representative will ask if you remember the name you used for repatriation. As soon as you can name Pedro, the operator will suggest something different from Pedro's name, such as: B number. If you can name Peter1997, the representative will tell you the correct name.
