Information is incorrect: 36E is the same cup size as 36DDD, 34F is the same cup size as 34DDDD, so this is the size I use so I know what I'm talking about. Note that 34F will have a small band.
I think Ashlet should be fine. My wife has heard from H&M and Victoria's Secret that 36DDD can also be 36E.
I wear size 38d but my waist is 34. I'm tired 38 but it's too big. So I decided to buy the 36th. Please recommend
